Project Management

Someone has to make sure that everyone is doing their job properly and in a timely fashion. That is what we do! We genuinely enjoy organizing and coordinating with our skilled sub-trades to ensure the scope is completed properly and efficiently.

 

Project Inspection

If you have a very time-intensive tenant, owner, or another person that is complaining of some problem with their condo. We can schedule a time to meet with them, sort out the issue and provide a solution or set of solutions to move forward and solve their problem so that you can get back to your work. 

 
 

Building Envelope

If you have a building that's leaking from the outside to the inside that's a building envelope problem. We can take care of everything from water, mold, asbestos, or other remediation required to solve the problem on the interior.
