    One cannot serve appropriately if angry, frustrated, tired, or otherwise. We cannot give what we don’t have. You must make sure to fill up the tank with relaxation and vacation.

  • Relationships are everything.

    Without relationships, we cannot really accomplish very much in business or as a person.

  • Do the right thing.

    Success comes when one can first know and then align the work of “doing the right thing” and some greatly desired goal. Our job is to ensure we quote what the customer wants and then deliver on promises.

  • Serve people.

    Each person can be positive for each person they interact with daily. We are all struggling at one time or another, and if we treat people well, we are serving them; if we employ people well, we are serving them, and our customers- we are serving them.
